Scotty McCreery to release new album in October

Garner native Scotty McCreery is releasing his second album this October, nearly a week before he will perform at the North Carolina State fair.

McCreery's album "See You Tonight" is expected to be released Oct. 15. The next week, the country singer will be in North Carolina to perform twice at this year's state fair.

Tickets for both of his concerts on Oct. 21 and 22 are still available for $25. For more information on how to buy tickets, click here.

Fans who would like to pre-order McCreey's new album can do so on Sept. 3 on the singer's website.
