The trial of accused cop killer Dontae Morris will be held in Hillsborough County with a jury from Orlando.

Morris is accused of killing Tampa Police officers David Curtis and Jeffrey Kocab during a traffic stop in 2010.

The judge overseeing the case already decided that the jury will come from Orlando because of all the pre-trial publicity.

Friday, the judge decided that the jurors will be brought to Hillsborough County and will be sequestered during the trial.

Jury selection is scheduled to start in Orlando on November 4th.

Morris already faces a life sentence for the murder of Rodney Jones outside a night club in 2010. He was convicted of that murder in March.

Morris is accused of killing a total of five people in 2010, including Officers Curtis and Kocab.
