Juan Dominguez is a retired construction worker who won the prize in 50 X The Cash game. He said he was both happy and nervous.

Top prize winners in the 50 X The Cash game can elect to receive annual payments of $50,000 for 20 years or take a lump sum cash option of $600,000. Dominguez chose the cash option and received a check for $408,003 after state and federal taxes were withheld.
