Raleigh police: Infant injured during a fall

RALEIGH, N.C. -

Raleigh police responded to a 6-month-old boy being injured in a fall Thursday evening.

Police said officers responded to a call in the 3100 block of Stonybrook Road just after 6:30 p.m. Upon arrival, police said a infant was found injured after falling.

The child was transported to WakeMed for treatment of injuries, according to police.

Raleigh police continue to investigate the incident.
