Jacksonville Police say around 9:15 PM on Wednesday, October 16th, they responded to a report of an armed robbery at the Bojangles restaurant on Halltown Road.
They say a white male entered the restaurant with a handgun, demanded cash from the clerk and fled the scene with an undetermined amount of cash. No one was injured in the incident.
Police describe the suspect as a white male, late teens to early 20’s, approximately 5’7” to 5’8” tall and 160 to 170 pounds. The suspect was wearing full length blue jeans, a red t-shirt, possibly with a logo. The suspect used an article of black clothing hide his face. The vehicle used by the suspect to flee is described as a Honda Civic-style vehicle, possibly a hatchback, that is black in color. Images are included with this release.
