Holiday gas prices expected to be lowest since 2010

Posted: Updated:
GREENVILLE, N.C. - Gas prices are going down.

Prices this Christmas are expected to be the lowest since 2010.

Crude price fell below $100 a barrel Monday for the first time since July.

A senior analyst for gasbuddy.com expects prices to keep falling citing lower demand, higher supply and easing tensions in the Middle East.

Prices in the east are around $3.25 a gallon.
