Bright idea: Dad makes creative Halloween costume for daughter

Posted: Updated:
CALIFORNIA -

Here’s a bright idea for a cute and inventive Halloween costume.  It looks like a stick-figure running around but that's actually a little girl with a very creative dad.

Zoey Hutain's dad Royce made her costume out of LED lights and Velcro.  He then posted a video of her running around in it on YouTube and of course, it went viral.  Now, hundreds of people are asking him to sell them.

"I don't have the time to make money off these things but it'd be great to just show other people how to make them,” said Hutain.  “I'd love to see other videos of other people doing it."

Hutain first started making the stick-figure costumes for his snowboarder buddies.
