Suspect sought in Fayetteville shooting over video game console

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. -

Fayetteville police are looking for a suspect involved in a shooting Sunday night.

Police responded to 531 Ira St. at approximately 7:45 p.m. Sunday in reference to a call of a person being shot. After an investigation, it was determined that Loteria Marsh, 34, and additional women went to the address to confront someone over the possession of a video game console.

An argument ensued and a woman who intervened in the argument to calm the parties down was shot in the leg by Marsh.

Shelby Love, 46, was transported to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center and is listed in stable condition.

Marsh fled the scene and was last seen driving a black, older model Chevrolet Camaro with a N.C. registration of AKM-9739.

Detectives have obtained warrants against Loteria Marsh for assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury. Marsh has a last known address of 4744 Denton Court and should be considered armed and dangerous.

Anyone with information concerning the whereabouts of Loteria Marsh is asked to call Detective S.
