The following individuals are wanted by the Carteret County Sheriff’s Office:

Ricardo Garcia

He’s wanted for two counts of Statutory Rape of a 14-year-old girl. Garcia was last seen driving a 2-door green passenger car in Morehead City.

David Perez Garcia

Garcia is wanted for Statutory Rape. Deputies say Garcia is aware of a warrant for his arrest and is avoiding law enforcement. Garcia has a tattoo of a sword on his right shoulder. Deputies say he may be in Mexico.

Xavier Cuevas

Cuevas is wanted for Statutory Rape.

Ismael Jimenez Marquez.

Marquez is wanted for a sex offense involving a 9-year-old girl.
