Greenville man behind bars for child solicitation charges

GREENVILLE, N.C. - A Greenville man is in the Pitt County Detention Center on three charges of soliciting a child over the internet.

34-year-old Ontrea Speight was taken into custody yesterday. He also has charges of insurance fraud and obtaining property under false pretenses.

He's in the Pitt County Detention Center under a $75,000 bond. His first court appearance is scheduled for this morning.
