JACKSONVILLE, N.C. - Refeeka Candice Brunson and Dominique Eason are both facing multiple felonies including Possession of Stolen Goods and Fleeing to Elude.

Jacksonville Police responded to a report of a larceny at Marshall’s on Western Boulevard.The suspect’s car was leaving the Sam’s parking lot towards Circuit Lane when police arrived. The car failed to stop for police blue lights and siren and continued to travel on Circuit Lane, turning left onto Moosehaven Road.

The suspects turned into the parking lots of the Goodwill and Mi Cabana. They suddenly stopped and reversed the car colliding into the following Patrol Vehicle. The driver and passenger attempted to flee on foot, but were taken into custody by Jacksonville Police.

The officers searched the car. They found a back seat and trunk full of stolen merchandise. The merchandise was collected and sorted into evidence. Officers estimate the value of the merchandise to be over $6,000.
