Police: Three shots fired into a New Bern home

Police are investigating a shooting in New Bern.

Police say the shooting happened on Saturday at 5:40a.m.

Police say the suspect(s) shot three times at home on the 1300 block of Harrison Street then ran to a car to get away.

Police say two people were inside the home at the time of the shooting.  They were not injured.

Police do not have any suspects at this time.

The shooting is still under investigation.
