Bomb threat lifted at NC State's library

RALEIGH, N.C. - An evacuation of D.H. Hill Library on North Carolina State University's campus has been lifted.

The NC State University Police Department says a staff member of the library received a call from an unidentified caller, saying there was bomb in one of the restrooms of the library. The library was immediately evacuated.

Campus police and the Raleigh Fire Department responded to the scene, conducted a search of the library and did not find any type of suspicious device.The library was re-opened at 5:30 p.m.

The case is under investigation, and anyone with information is asked to contact the NCSU Police Department.
