Posted: Updated:

DEARBORN, Mich. (AP) - Shinola will begin offering a limited-edition Wright brothers wristwatch and bicycle for sale online as well as at its stores in Detroit and New York starting on Tuesday.

Each timepiece comes in a gift box with a certificate of authenticity, leather carrying case and hickory watch box. Also included is a leather-bound coffee table book that delves into the background and achievements of aviation pioneers Orville and Wilbur Wright.

Shinola is building 25 customized bicycles featuring The Runwell frame with a black finish, bamboo fenders and headlamp.

A private launch event to unveil the watch and bike was being held Monday at The Henry Ford museum in Dearborn, which is home to the Wright brothers' bike shop and childhood home.

Shinola makes watches and bikes in Detroit.
