A recent study by the AAA Foundation For Traffic Safety found teenagers are using their phones, or texting, while driving less often than adults.
Forty three percent of adults ages 25 to 39 reported using a phone behind the wheel within the past month, compared to 20 percent of teens.
The age group that was the least likely to text and drive? 60 and up.
Traffic safety officials say one in ten deadly car crashes involves some type of distraction.
