Durham authorities identify shooting victim

DURHAM, N.C. -

Durham County authorities and the Mexican Consulate identified a man found shot to death in a residence Wednesday.

The Durham County Sheriff's Office said 31-year-old Saul Botello Abrimz was found shot to death at his home at 212 Andrews Chapel Road.

The sheriff's office said deputies responded to the residence at 6:19 p.m. Wednesday and found a Hispanic male who apparently died as a result of multiple gunshot wounds.

Investigators said the homicide is likely drug related.

No further information was released.
