RALEIGH, N.C. - A grand jury indicted the owner and the operator of a State Fair ride that sent 5 people to the hospital in October.

Three of those people are still being cared for at Wake-Med in Raleigh.

The Vortex ride stopped to let riders off on October 24th, but then it sprang back to life flinging nearby riders into the air.
