Suspect wanted in Pink Hill grocery store armed robbery

PINK HILL, N.C. - The Pink Hill Police Department is searching for a suspect in an armed robbery.

It happened at the A&K Grocery located at 200 North Kinston Blvd. Monday night.

Police say the suspect was armed with a shotgun and took an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspect is described as a black male wearing a dark coat, black jeans and a purple hoodie with a white cloth covering his face, according to police.

Anyone with information should call the Pink Hill Police Department.  There is a $500 reward in the case.
