DURHAM, N.C. -

A pedestrian was killed by an Amtrak train Sunday in Durham, Durham Police said.

The pedestrian was hit in the area of Neal Road near Hillsborough Road Sunday around 12:28 p.m., police said.

Police said the pedestrian was a man.
