NC flu deaths climb to 44

RALEIGH, N.C. - 11 more people have died from the flu in North Carolina bringing the total this season to 44.

19 of those deaths were people between the ages of 25 and 49.

 Last week marks the deadliest week for the flu this year and experts warn the high levels of cases will continue, with flu season peaking in January and February.
