Another man booked in Kinston armed robberies at Kings BBQ, Salvation Army Thrift Store

KINSTON, N.C. - Kinston Police say a fifth man wanted in connection with two restaurant robberies turned himself in Monday night.

Jamal Ndelti is now in police custody.  He was one of the original two, along with Bobby Jackson, who police obtained warrants for the robberies at King's BBQ and Wok-N-Roll.

Police say they've made multiple arrests for several armed robberies of local businesses in Kinston, including the Kings BBQ on Tuesday night.

20-year-old Fidel Vasquez Lopez is charged with 1 count of Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon of the Kings BBQ on January 14. He’s facing 2 more counts for the armed robbery of the Salvation Army Thrift Store on December 20 and a Salvation Army employee making a night deposit on Tuesday, January 14. He was placed under a $183,000 bond.

They also arrested 20-year-old Kentrell O. Watkins on 3 counts each of Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon of a Papa Johns delivery employee on November 26 and the Salvation Army Thrift Store on December 20 and January 3. He was placed under a $180,000 bond.

17-year-old Adrian Torres Lopez is charged with 2 counts each of Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon of the Salvation Army Thrift Store on December 20 and a Salvation Army employee making a night deposit on January 14. He was placed under a $120,000 bond.

Investigators say more charges and arrests are excepted is the on-going investigation.

One of the two suspect identified by Kinston police in the Sunday January 12th armed robberies at the "Wok-N-Roll" and "Kings BBQ" restaurants has turned himself in.

Police say 22-year-old Bobby R. Jackson turned himself in Wednesday night. He's charged with 3 counts of Robbery With a Dangerous Weapon, 2 counts of conspiracy and 1 count of 2nd Degree Kidnapping. He's in the Lenoir County Jail under a $750,000 secured bond.
