Vacation voucher unfulfilled

GREENVILLE, N.C. - Rachel Marley said she received a Grand Incentives brochure from D and J Distributors in Greenville after a vacuum demonstration. There have been more than 400 complaints against Grand Incentives on the Better Business Bureau website in the last three years.

Marley is upset she never got a refund from Grand Incentives, even after she was promised one.

"They finally responded with that they were mailing me another check and to let them know if I didn't receive it for the refund of the deposit," said Marley. "And I never received that and that was a year ago."

Grand Incentives responded by saying, "We are committed to making this program a major success and I can assure you that Grand Incentives will do everything in our power to ensure a positive customer experience."
