Hoke Co. sheriff searching for two kidnapping suspects

RAEFORD, N.C. -

The Hoke County Sheriff's Office is looking for two suspects on numerous charges including robbery with a dangerous weapon and first-degree kidnapping.

The sheriff's office said deputies arrested Elijah Malik Miller on Jan. 10 on charges stemming from an incident on Dec. 28 involving the three men robbing and kidnapping a 15-year-old boy on Autry Loop in Raeford.

Deputies are still searching for Eric Dewayne Woods, 21, from Shannon and Trent Cummings, 16, of Red Springs.

Woods  and Cummings have both been charged with robbery with dangerous weapon, first-degree kidnapping, conspiracy robbery with a dangerous weapon, breaking and entering, assault with a deadly weapon and assault by pointing a gun, according to authorities.

The sheriff's office said the suspects should be considered armed and dangerous.  The

Anyone with information to not approach these suspects, but call 911 and provide information of their whereabouts and any other pertinent information such as a vehicle description and direction of travel.
