GREENVILLE, N.C. - A woman has been charged after she hit a man with a car after a domestic dispute.

It happened around 2 o'clock Monday afternoon at Logan's Roadhouse on Greenville Boulevard.

Police charged Crystal Council with Assault with a Deadly Weapon with Intent to Kill Inflicting Serious Injury, 2 counts of Misdemeanor Child Abuse and Reckless Driving to Endanger.

Officers say Council and 32-year-old David Hall, Jr. got into an altercation that turned violent in the restaurant parking lot. And that ended when the Council, allegedly, hit the Hall with her car. Two children were in the car at the time.

Hall was taken to Vidant Medical Center. He's being treated at the hospital for non- life threatening injuries.
