American Legion names its "Officer of the Year"

GREENVILLE, N.C. - In Greenville, the American Legion named Corporal Michael Broadwell of the Greenville Police Department as its "Officer of the Year".
     
They honored him Tuesday night in a special service.
     
Broadwell received the nomination for many reasons, including stopping a shooting suspect from getting away.
