COLUMBIA, Miss. - Four Columbia men are charged in connection with an alleged home invasion.
"Dispatch received a call about a resident in the Ridgewood neighborhood that just got robbed," said Detective Richard Pack.
He said the incident happened Saturday afternoon.
"Four black males came to his driveway and two came into the house," Pack said.
Pack said the victim knew those to suspects, but the others waited outside, but things to a turn for the worst.
"They were asking him for merchandise and he claimed he didn't have and they ram shacked the house," Pack said. "They actually through appliances and chairs."
Police say Rashaun Robinson, Johnauh Myers, Marcus Creel and Justin Goings area all charged with robbery.
Detective Pack said the victim gave a good description of the suspects and authorities found the men pulling up in a car at home on Park Avenue in Columbia.
"I got out of my vehicle and held the suspects at gunpoint until other officers arrived," he said.
Myers who was driving ran on foot but was later caught. Bond was set at $15,000 for each suspect.
