2 arrested after vehicle hits Jacksonville restaurant

JACKSONVILLE, N.C. - Two men suspects have been arrested after their vehicle hit Bakers Restaurant in Jacksonville Friday morning.

The restaurant is located on Highway 258 near Blue Creek Road.

The pair are identified as Carlos Robles Moreno and Charles Edwards Morgan. Troopers say the two rain into the nearby woods and were located during a K-9 search.

A 9 On Your Side viewer at the scene reports the restaurant's owners were notified about the accident around 3 a.m.
