ECU-Marshall Baseball Series Altered

GREENVILLE, N.C. - East Carolina officials have announced that the Conference USA series opener between East Carolina and Marshall scheduled for this weekend at Lewis Field inside Clark-LeClair Stadium has been altered due to potential forecast of inclement weather in the area.

The Pirates and The Herd will play doubleheader Saturday with game one starting at 12 noon (EST) and the second game to follow approximately 45 minutes after the completion of the opener. Sunday afternoon’s game is still scheduled for a 1 p.m. first pitch.

Individuals that purchased Friday game ticket(s) will be able to use those for entry into both games of the doubleheader Saturday afternoon. Tickets can be purchased in advance on line at ECUPirates.com or at the Clark-LeClair Ticket Office starting at 10:30 a.m. Saturday.

Revised Schedule:
Game 1: Saturday, March 8 (12 Noon)
Game 2: Saturday, March 8 (approximately 45 minutes after Game 1)
Game 3: Sunday, March 9 (1 p.m.)
