Two charged in Greenville home invasion robbery

GREENVILLE, N.C. - Two men are behind bars after a home invasion robbery in Greenville early Thursday morning.

Police arrested and charged 32-year-old Irfann Abdul Gray and 32-year-old Terrell Donte McMillar with Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon, First Degree Burglary, First Degree Kidnapping, PWISD Cocaine, Maintain a Vehicle/Dwelling for Purpose of Controlled Substance, Trafficking Cocaine and Assault with a Deadly Weapon. 

Officers say the pair broke into a home in the 3100 block of Boardwalk Lane just before 2 a.m. Thursday morning. The victim told police he was struck in the head before the suspects stole his cell phone and wallet. 

Police apprehended the two men within minutes of the robbery at a nearby apartment. They're in the Pitt County Detention Center under $250,000 bonds.

The victim in the incident did not require medical attention.
