Posted: Updated:
GREENVILLE, N.C. -

After a Cinderella run to the title last year, East Carolina was bounced out of the CollegeInsider.com Basketball Tournament after a first round loss to Wright State.

The Raiders held East Carolina's top gunners to just 4-23 from the three point line in the 73-59 Pirate loss.

Prince Williams led the Pirates with 20 points while Michael Zangari chipped in 14. Akeem Richmond, the school's all-time three point leader, was held to just six points in his final game as a Pirate.

Wright State advances in the CIT with a record of 21-14. The Pirates finish 17-17 for the season.
