Deputies followed the car and pulled over the suspect on Highway 17 Bypass and Plaza Drive. The driver was identified as Louis Slover,III, 36, from Dauphin, Pennsylvania.
He told deputies he had gotten in a verbal argument with someone inside of the restaurant and stated he left. Deputies took him back to the restaurant where he was positively identified. After the incident, one of the employees reportedly asked him to leave. According to the police report, Solver called the employee several names and threatened to "beat her ass" before finally leaving the restaurant.
