Posted: Updated:

Georgetown County Sheriff's deputies responded to the Waffle House at 3693 17 Bypass in reference to an indecent exposure complaint on March 29. The witness told police someone leaving the parking lot in a white car exposed himself inside of the restaurant. Deputies followed the car and pulled over the suspect on Highway 17 Bypass and Plaza Drive. The driver was identified as Louis Slover,III, 36, from Dauphin, Pennsylvania.

He told deputies he had gotten in a verbal argument with someone inside of the restaurant and stated he left. Deputies took him back to the restaurant where he was positively identified.  After the incident, one of the employees reportedly asked him to leave.  According to the police report, Solver called the employee several names and threatened to "beat her ass" before finally leaving the restaurant.

He said that he did not remember pulling out his penis in the restaurant. Surveillance video was obtained from the restaurant. Deputies say the video indeed shows the suspect pulling down his pants, walking up to the window, and then pulling his pants up, before sitting back down.

Slover was arrested and charged with indecent exposure.
