South Central pitcher Tucker Jacobs, who has signed to play college baseball at the Air Force Academy, pitched all ten innings to lead the Falcons to a 2-1 extra inning win over rival DH Conley.

Jacobs gave up just four hits in the victory.

South Central tied the game with a run on a bunt in the seventh and then got the game winner on a Conley balk in the 10th inning.

Also from baseball on Tuesday night, JD Clark hit a walk-off home run to lead JH Rose to a 3-2 win over New Bern at Guy Smith Stadium.

In softball, Conley blew open a close game late and beat South Central 10-4. South Central trailed 4-1 but then rallied to tie. The Vikings won it with six unanswered runs.
