CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. -

A husband and wife from Clarksville were arrested last week after four dead puppies were found inside their home.

Clarksville Now reports the Montgomery County Animal Control received a call from a homebuilding company who saw the dead animals inside the home in the 3300 block of North Henderson Way.

Once authorities arrived, they found four dead and decomposing puppies in two wire crates.

Feces were also found throughout the home.
