NC man found dead on front steps of home

LUMBERTON, N.C. -

Homicide investigators in Lumberton are looking into the death of a man who was found on the front steps of his home.

The Robeson County Sheriff's Office says 40-year-old Oscar Mendoza was found by his wife early Tuesday.

The cause of death has not been determined but authorities say the victim had been bleeding from his nose, head and mouth. An autopsy is expected to determine the cause of death.
