CAMP LEJEUNE, N.C. -

Camp Lejeune is planning to showcase the services and opportunities available to Marines and their families on the base as well as in Onslow County.

Headquarters and Support Battalion has scheduled Infopalooza for Wednesday. It's a four-hour event beginning at 11 a.m.

People planning to attend are encouraged to see a number of exhibits where vendors provide information about base programs, advice on education, employment and upcoming events.

The groups providing information include Marine Corps Community Services resources such as personal finance and education assistance. Also expected to provide exhibits are Semper Fit and the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society. Community vendors such as the Vet Center, the USO, Semper Fi Fund, the Women Marines Association and Hope for the Warriors will also be participating in the event.
