One of the suspects accused in the Cochran video scandal pleads guilty to his charges.
John Mary appeared in court Wednesday morning before Judge Chapman.
Mary was charged with two counts of conspiracy to include the exploitation of a vulnerable person and the photographing or filming of another person without permission where there is an expectation of privacy in May.
Three others were arrested in connection with this crime in May.
One of the suspects, Clayton Kelly, was accused of using an image of Thad Cochran's wife in an online video. Authorities say Kelly snuck into Rose Cochran's room at St. Catherine's Village Nursing Home in Madison and recorded her.
