Ariana Kraft joined the WNCT news team in July 2019 as an on-air reporter.
She recently graduated from DePaul University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism.
While living in Chicago she covered a wide variety of stories for DePaul University’s newscast.
Previously, she worked as a writing intern for the online publication New York Minute Magazine.
She also worked on a show called Radio Health Journal as an associate producer for MediaTracks communication.
At DePaul, Ariana had the opportunity to work with long-time WMAQ-TV political reporter Carol Marin and producer Don Mosley at NBC.
She assisted with both the gubernatorial debate and the Chicago Mayoral debate held in Chicago.
Ariana loves hiking, beaches, and nature.
She expects to take advantage of the warm weather while getting to know North Carolina.
