Ryan Harper joined the WNCT team in January 2022 as a digital reporter.
Born in Greenville, NC, Ryan grew up taking an interest in photography and videography. Ryan graduated from Pitt Community College in 2010 with an Associate in Arts and then East Carolina University in 2014 with a Bachelor’s in Art History.
Photography and videography was always his passion. Ryan has also worked as a photographer for The East Carolinian and The Daily Reflector. Ryan has worked for numerous places in Eastern North Carolina like East Carolina University, City of Greenville and Pitt County Government as a photographer and social media creator.
In 2014, Ryan was also accepted into the Disney Internship to work in Florida.
In Ryan’s spare time he enjoys working out, traveling, reading novels and watching movies.
