GREENVILLE, N.C. (WNCT) — Back-to-school time can be stressful for both parents and children, however, it is important to spend time focusing on proper health during the school year.

Food and drink intake plays a large role in the health of students. Without proper nutrition, your children can become fatigued and unable to focus in school.

Savanna Cummings, a local nutritionist, spoke with Nine on Your Side’s Kelci O’Donnell about preparing your child’s lunches — and she added a fun twist!
