“It keeps me agile and keeps my mind smart. I’ve been coming here for thirteen years and I have really enjoyed it,” said Mary Raynard, a class participant.
“My family and friends know on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings where to find me,” said Rose Goforth, another class participant.
Regular exercise has many proven benefits and the participants from today’s class at this.
“This class means a great deal to me because it teaches me how to exercise properly,” said Minnin Andrews, a class participant.”How to balance when I’m walking, how to sit when I’m sitting, and it just helps me all around to be a physically fit person.”
Learning proper exercise and healthy habits isn’t the only thing that comes out of the class.
“The friendships that they make, the bonds. That’s such a meaningful part of this as well,” said Everhart.
