JCPS expanding its feeding program

(WNCT) Jones County Public Schools is expanding its feeding program to include delivery of meals by school bus to several sites throughout Jones County.

Buses will be at each stop for approximately 20 minutes beginning at 11:30 a.m. daily.

The designation of schools is simply a key to attendance zones and the areas in which meals will be delivered.

Any eligible youth or JCPS student can receive meals at any location.

A no-cost, hot lunch, and next-day breakfast are offered to any youth 18 and under and any JCPS student regardless of age.

JCPS will continue to operate pick-up sites at all school locations from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
