ELIZABETH CITY, N.C. (WAVY) — Albemarle Regional Health Services confirmed Thursday they have their first confirmed positive case of COVID-19.
A Pasquotank County resident tested positive, according to a news release from the organization.
That person is at home and isolated.
Albemarle Regional Health Services is based in Elizabeth City and covers the counties of Pasquotank, Perquimans, Camden, Chowan, Currituck, Bertie, Gates and Hertford.
