Bands and musicians from a variety of genres will perform at the 2019 Winterville Watermelon Festival, and concert tickets are on sale now!
Festival organizers say this year’s concerts will take place on Saturday, August 25, at the Town of Winterville Recreation Park, at 324 Sylvania St.
Here is the concert schedule:
5:30 p.m. – Justin West, a country music artist who has performed as the opening act for Chris Janson, Granger Smith, Canaan Smith, Dylan Scott, Kane Brown, and other artists.
7:45 p.m. – Parmalee, a country music band from Parmele, N.C., known for their hit songs “Carolina,” “Close Your Eyes,” and “Already Callin’ You Mine,” among others.
9:15 p.m. – 38 Special, a Southern Rock band that has been playing concerts since 1974, will perform some of their most popular songs, including “Rockin’ into the Night,” “Hold On Loosely,” “Caught Up in You,” among other hits.
Gates to the concert area will open at 5:00 p.m.
Tickets are $10 for General Admission (lawn seating – bring your own lawn chair) and $20 for a standing-room-only “Pit Pass” ticket in front of the concert stage.
