A man has been arrested after officials said they found a stolen firearm and ecstasy pills during a search warrant at a residence in Bertie County, deputies said.
Tony L. Harrell was charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell and/or deliver schedule IV, possession with intent to manufacture, sell and/or deliver schedule I, possession of a stolen firearm and maintaining a vehicle or dwelling.
The Bertie County Sheriff’s Office along with the Down East Drug Task Force executed a search warrant on Chestnut Street in Aulander on December 20.
During the search, officials said they found a stolen firearm, marijuana, and ecstasy pills.
Harrell was arrested on an order for arrest at the residence.
He was sent to jail under a $16,000 bond.
