Talk It Out is collaborating with the Carolina Hurricanes to stop underage drinking.
North Carolina has an underage drinking problem.
Talk it out is an initiative that gives parents tools to talk about the dangers of underage drinking to their children.
Their goal is to have both parents and teens start the conversation about the unhealthy effects tied with underage alcohol consumption.
Currently, they are spreading the word and message across the country.
They are hosting a contest on social media where parents can win 4 tickets to the last home game of the Carolina Hurricanes against the New Jersey Devils.
To be entered into the raffle the program asks parents to take the pledge to stop underage drinking with their children.
The deadline to be in the raffle is March 30th.
