Two men arrested on drug charges in Pamlico County

The Pamlico County Sheriff’s Office arrested two men on several drug charges after an investigation into cocaine sales.

Keith L. Gilliam, of Oriental, was charged with six counts of possession with intent of manufacturing, sell and deliver cocaine, six counts of conspiring to sell and deliver cocaine, six counts of drug paraphernalia and possession with intent of manufacturing, sell and deliver heroin.

Reginald A. Gilliam, of Oriental, was charged with six counts of possession with intent of manufacturing, sell and deliver cocaine, six counts of conspiring to sell and deliver controlled substances and six counts of drug paraphernalia.

On Monday, deputies arrested Keith and Reginald after investigators made controlled purchases of cocaine on numerous occasions for the past five months.

Deputies said that during the purchases, both Keith and Reginald, would travel to 1240 Pamlico Road and pick up quantities of cocaine.

Both, Keith and Reginald, were given a $75,000 bond.
