A Vanceboro man was arrested Tuesday night in reference to a check fraud case.
34-year-old Justin Raymond Petrosky of 523 3rd Street was arrested Tuesday night according to the Vanceboro Police.
He is charged with 17 counts of forgery of endorsement, 17 counts of uttering a forged endorsement, 17 counts of obtaining property by false pretenses, 17 counts of identity theft, 1 count of felony larceny, and 1 count of felony conspiracy.
Petrosky is being held at Craven County Jail under a $50,000.00 secure bond.
