2 alleged heroin traffickers held on $6 million bonds in Pitt County

Two people are being held in the Pitt County Detention Center on a $6 million bond each, on heroin trafficking charges.

On Sunday, Greenville Police allegedly found more than 28 grams of heroin being transported by Juan Jose Guzman Gonzales, age 44, and Magda Velasquez-Perez, age 39, both of Baltimore, MD.

Gonzales was arrested and charged with Trafficking in Heroin, and two counts of Conspiracy to Traffic Heroin.

Velasquez-Perez was arrested and charged with Trafficking in Heroin, and two counts of Conspiracy to Traffic Heroin.

They are each being held on a $6 million bond in the Pitt County Detention Center.
