“A Time for Science” in Greenville

GREENVILLE, NC (WNCT) – Children had a fun day exploring the world of science at “A Time for Science.”

The expo was held in Uptown, featuring interactive activities that were both educational and fun!

“This event is an event to get people out and excited about science,” said Emily Jarvis, Exec. Director of A Time for Science. “We have about 40 exhibitors today, all offering hands-on science activities for people of all ages.”

Children got to play with animals, robots, and games, and even perform science experiments.

A fire demonstration and other survival skills were taught by celebrity survivalist, EJ Snyder.

Bow and arrow drills, as well as water purification lessons, were held at the expo.
