WINDSOR, N.C. (WNCT) – All three suspects in an April 14th homicide in Bertie County are in jail.
According to jail records, De’Andre Rascoe was arrested and taken to the Bertie-Martin Regional Jail. Rascoe is being held without bond. He’s scheduled to appear in court on June 15th.
Authorities in Connecticut have also arrested Devonte Holley. Holley was arrested and taken to the Hartford Community Correctional Center on May 27th. There’s no word yet on when he will be extradited back to North Carolina.
Deputies in Bertie County previously arrested Dominique Brimley on May 20th. Brimley is in the Bertie- Martin Regional Jail without bond. He is scheduled to appear in court on June 15th.

All three suspects face charges in connection to the April 14th murder of Shaquan Taylor. Deputies found the 18-year-old’s body inside his home on Davis Drive in Kelford.
All three suspects are charged with First Degree Murder, Felony Conspiracy, and Breaking and Entering.
